At BGNG Home Décor, all products are custom-made and personalized based on your order details. Because of this, delivery timelines include both production time and shipping time.

1. Production Time

Since each item is customized, production begins only after order confirmation and design approval (if applicable).

  • Standard Production Time:
    3–5 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
  • Bulk or Complex Orders:
    May require additional production time. Customers will be notified in advance.

2. Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers.

  • Standard Shipping:
    3–5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time:
    7–10 business days (Production + Shipping)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number to monitor your delivery

4. Delays Beyond Our Control

BGNG Home Décor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or unforeseen logistical issues

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

6. Holiday & Peak Season Orders

During holidays or high-volume seasons, production and delivery times may be extended.
We recommend placing orders early for time-sensitive occasions.
